Pathform projects begin with a Shopify service package and a selected complexity band. After purchase, submit your project materials through the Pathform Project Intake form using your Shopify order number.

After purchasing through Shopify, submit your concept materials through the Pathform Project Intake form. Include your Shopify order number, checkout email, purchased service package, selected complexity band, and supplement order number if applicable.

Pathform begins with the Draftpath Feasibility Brief.

Every purchased Pathform service package includes a Draftpath Feasibility Brief as Stage 1. Pathform reviews your submitted materials against the purchased package scope and selected complexity band before later stages continue.

  • Clarity on whether the concept fits the selected complexity band and package scope

If a submitted concept exceeds the selected band, requires premium materials, or needs work beyond included scope, Pathform may recommend simplification, upgrade, or a Pathform Service Supplement before later stages continue.

Formal small-batch or bulk production is not sold through Shopify service packages. It is handled separately through business quotation, agreement, and bank payment after technical confirmation where appropriate.
