After purchasing through Shopify, submit the following through the Pathform Project Intake form.
Order confirmation
- Shopify order number
- Checkout email
- Purchased service package
- Selected complexity band
- Supplement order number, if applicable
Concept materials
- Concept images, AI visuals, sketches, or reference materials
Project context
- Notes about intended garment, fit, use, deadline, or constraints where available

Case Opening Review
Case Opening Review is Stage 1 inside every paid Pathform service package—not a standalone evaluation product. Pathform reviews your submitted materials against the purchased package scope and selected complexity band before later development stages continue.
- Review concept and references

- Check complexity band fit
- Identify feasibility, constraints, or missing information
- Confirm next development stage—or explain if the project cannot proceed in its current form
If Pathform determines the concept cannot proceed within the purchased scope, formal development does not proceed. Pathform responds with clear next steps, which may include a scope adjustment, a Pathform Service Supplement where applicable, or an alternative package recommendation.

Formal small-batch or bulk production is not sold through Shopify service packages. Later-stage production planning may be discussed separately after scope is confirmed.
