We collect information that is reasonably necessary for intake, assessment, communication, service delivery, and business administration.
Project submissions & materials
When you purchase a Pathform service package and submit the Pathform Project Intake, you may provide concept-stage materials for professional assessment. These may include images, files, written notes, and descriptions of your apparel idea.
Materials are provided so Pathform can review feasibility, development needs, and suitable next steps within the purchased package scope. They are not treated as complete factory-ready specifications unless and until scope and deliverables are expressly confirmed in writing for a specific project.
Materials may include AI-generated visuals or third-party references. How those materials are handled from a rights and responsibility perspective is described in our Terms of Use & Service Terms.
How we collect information
We may collect personal information when you:

- Request or receive a quote, proposal, invoice, or project document;
- Engage in garment-development services with us after scope is agreed; or

We do not currently use separate analytics or advertising tracking tools on this website. If such tools are introduced, this policy will be updated.

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-party service providers
Shopify and e-commerce
If you purchase a Pathform service package through Shopify, Shopify may process personal information required for checkout and order management under its own privacy practices. We receive order-related information reasonably needed to administer your project, including information you provide through the Pathform Project Intake.
We use service providers to help operate our website, intake, storage, and communication. These providers may process personal information on our behalf or as part of delivering their services to us. They have their own privacy practices, which apply in addition to this policy.
Categories of providers may include:
- Website and hosting providers — to operate and deliver this website;
- Form providers — including Tally, used for Pathform Project Intake submissions;
- Email and communication tools — to send and receive correspondence;
- Cloud storage and file-handling tools — to store and manage submission files and project documents where needed;
- Document, workflow, and business systems — to prepare quotes, proposals, and manage records; and
- Messaging platforms — including WhatsApp, when you choose to communicate with us through that channel.
We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers appropriate to the nature of the service, but we do not control all aspects of how third-party platforms operate.
Internal access & sharing
Access to your information is limited to people within MISMUSE TEXTILES PTY LTD and those working for us who need it for Pathform operations, such as intake review, garment-development assessment, project coordination, quoting, and administrative support.
We do not describe sharing your project materials publicly or with unrelated third parties for their own commercial purposes. Information may be disclosed to service providers as described in Section 7 where necessary to operate intake, the website, storage, and correspondence.
We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
Data retention
We retain personal information and project materials for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Review and administer submissions and enquiries;
- Maintain records of agreed work and communications;
- Resolve questions or disputes; and
- Meet legal, accounting, insurance, or operational requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on whether a submission proceeds to further development work, remains an enquiry only, or is closed without proceeding. We do not promise indefinite storage of all materials.
If you ask us about deletion or correction of information, we will consider your request in line with applicable law and our operational needs. See Section 11.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Measures may include limiting internal access and using reputable providers for forms, hosting, storage, and communication.
No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. You should provide information with that in mind and avoid sending highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

To make a privacy-related request or complaint, contact service@mismuse.com with enough detail for us to identify your submission or enquiry (such as your name, email, and any reference you were given). We will respond within a reasonable time.
We may need to verify your identity. We may decline requests that are unreasonable, repetitive, or that we are not required or permitted to fulfil under applicable law or operational needs.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have options to contact a relevant privacy or consumer authority depending on where you live. We will provide further information if reasonably required.
Children
Pathform services and this website are intended for business and professional project enquiries, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authority. If you believe a child has provided information to us without proper consent, contact service@mismuse.com and we will take reasonable steps to address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, tools, or services. The current version will be posted on this website with an updated effective date.
We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the website or submission of information after an updated policy is posted may constitute acceptance of the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
